A: We provide telenovelas of excellent quality. If you are not sure of purchasing the entire telenovela and would like a sample then simply type in the telenovela of your choice under "DVD Sample" and you will only pay $25 for delivery. We will ship you the first DVD of your chosen telenovela(s).

Q: Do I have any guarantee with my purchase?
A: Yes you do, every buyer has the option of returning the telenovela within 15 days after being obtained. If the buyer finds any defects or errors with their purchased item(s) he/she can send it back to us and we replace the defected item(s) with a brand new one. Once 15 days have passed after you have obtained your purchase, the option of returning the telenovela(s) is no longer available. We, as well do not accept any refunds. If this is the problem you are facing now, simply contact us via email or phone.

A: The most recent ones that are currently on the market, yes, as for ones that are a bit previous, do not. Reasons are because they are off the market nowadays and are considered old.

How much is shipping and handling?
The shipping depend which carrier you use(UPS or USPS), if it is express mail, priority mail, or ground; which is free. You also have the option to calculate the shipping cost; just add the telenovela of your choice, "underneath you will be able to see this option" you can just calculate the shipping adding your zip code and that's all.
